Speech Language Pathologist

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP)
  • Hold or able to obtain Missouri Board of Healing Arts license
  • CCC or CFY accepted

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in the evaluation and treatment of communication disorders in children
  • Able to provide structured and play-based therapy within early intervention, preschool, and school-aged populations
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathetic to clients’ needs and concerns to promote our clinic’s mission
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-tasks

Responsibilities

  • Provide screening, evaluation, and treatment to children with various developmental delays, disabilities, and/or injuries
  • Evaluate clients in speech, language, cognition, pragmatics, and dysphagia
  • Develop and implement treatment plans using appropriate clinical competencies and clinical reasoning to address client-specific needs
  • Provide therapy sessions to improve clients' speech and language skills
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
  • Responsible for providing speech-language pathology services in the clinic setting
  • Work as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team by demonstrating professionalism with colleagues, support staff, physicians, and teachers
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with clients and their family members
  • Communicate evaluation results and treatment progress to clients and their families
  • Treat a varied caseload of children from early intervention to school-aged

Occupational Therapist

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT-R)
  • Hold or able to obtain Missouri license
  • New graduates welcome

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in the evaluation and treatment of occupational therapy disorders in children
  • Able to provide structured and play-based therapy within early intervention, preschool, and school-aged populations
  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Develop and implement treatment plans using appropriate clinical competencies and clinical reasoning to address client-specific needs
  • Provide therapy sessions to improve clients' fine motor and sensory processing abilities
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
  • Responsible for providing occupational therapy services in the clinic setting
  • Work as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team by demonstrating professionalism with colleagues, support staff, physicians, and teachers
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with clients and their family members
  • Communicate evaluation results and treatment progress to clients and their families
  • Treat a varied caseload of children from early intervention to school-aged

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in physical therapy
  • Hold or able to obtain Missouri Board of Healing Arts license
  • APTA licensure

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in the evaluation and treatment of communication disorders in children
  • Able to provide structured and play-based therapy within early intervention, preschool, and school-aged populations
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
